The wines:
Gorner White (D.O. Penedès): It is a bright yellow wine with green hues, alive and absolute clarity. With a clean aroma, fruity and delicate. Fruity, fresh and pleasant, with body and character and some sour notes.
Tresaras Barrel Fermented White (D.O.C. Rioja): Brilliant gold in colour with greenish reflections. On the nose there is a bouquet of flowers and vanilla, with balsamic notes and reminiscences of mint and honey. On the palate it is fresh and floral with sweet and glyceric notes with a lingering aftertaste.
Lo Noi del Saxo White (D.O. Terra Alta): Greenish yellow colour with white fruits aromas (pear) and citrus notes of lemon. In the mouth it is extremely elegant, glyceric, silky and with a long aftertaste. A very easy wine to drink.
