For this reason, we wanted to recreate this magnificent snack in a delicious dessert, so that with just the first bite, you can take a trip back in time. Made with "Bitter" chocolate truffle with arbequina olive oil and crunchy bread.

Dark chocolate cover (cocoa: 60% min.) (67%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor).

Bread (18%) (wheat flour, water , yeast, salt, extra virgin olive oil, enzymes).

Extra virgin olive oil (14%).

“Maldon” salt (0.6%). Salt.

It contains gluten. May contain traces of other nuts, sesame, lupine and milk products.
