Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Ham

Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Ham (Guijuelo, Salamanca) with 24 months of curing.  They are carefully selected pieces from animals raised in freedom in pastures and fed with acorns and pasture grasses that will mark the final characteristics of the product. 

Guijuelo is one of the main acorn-fed Iberian ham producing areas thanks to its climate of hot summers and mild winters and its wide extensions of pasture land where the pigs graze. In addition, the feed gives it that flavor so characteristic of acorn-fed Iberian hams, with an intense Iberian flavor with fruity touches. Its meat has a dark red color and its fat, between white, pink and transparent, has an unctuous texture and an intense aroma.
